David Mikula has served in executive operations roles across a broad range of industries. He is passionate about designing and delivering leadership, operational, and organizational strategies that create efficiency, build teams, deliver outcomes, and drive growth.

Most recently he was CDO at one of the largest publicly-traded home health and hospice providers, and SVP Operations for the 23-facility, 6500-employee Hospital Division, Texas Region of the largest diversified provider of post-acute care services in the United States. Mikula’s experience also includes the top sales and marketing roles at both the division and corporate level for those companies, as well as for a national healthcare company with 119 medical centers in 12 states. In addition to his work with these leading healthcare brands, he helped found and grow several startup companies through acquisition, holding leadership roles in operations, business development, and M&A.
